7-Step QT Notes
1. π Quiet Time
Pause.
Take a deep breath.
Ask God to help you keep the faith and finish your race with gratitude.
2. π November 7, 2025
Today’s passage reminds us:
Live today so your last day is filled with gratitude, not regret.
3. ✝️ 2 Timothy 4:1–8
Paul, nearing the end of his life, reflects with confidence: he fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith. His words challenge us to live faithfully so that our final moment is marked by joy, not regret.
4. π Key Verse
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” (v. 7)
5. π Reflection
There’s a saying: “To judge a life, look at its final moments.” Success isn’t measured by fame or wealth but by faithfulness. Paul’s life wasn’t perfect—he once persecuted Christians—but after meeting Jesus, everything changed. At the end, he could say, “I kept the faith.”
Imagine your last day: Will it be filled with regret or gratitude? The world pushes us to chase achievements, but eternity values faithfulness. Every choice today shapes that moment. Keep fighting the good fight. Keep running the race. Keep the faith. When you do, heaven will welcome you with joy.

7. π Prayer
Lord, help me live faithfully every day.
Teach me to fight the good fight, finish the race, and keep the faith.
May my last breath be filled with gratitude, knowing I lived for You.
Amen.
Scriptures
π 1 I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: 2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. 3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, 4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. 5 As for you, always be sober-minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. 6 For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come. 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing (2 Tim 4:1-8, ESV).
