7-Step QT Notes 1. 🙏 Quiet Time Pause. Take a deep breath. Ask God to help you remember His past faithfulness and trust Him today. 2. 📅 December 5, 2025 Today’s passage reminds us: Faith grows stronger when rooted in God’s past faithfulness. 3. ✝️ Joshua 13:15-33 Moses distributed land east of the Jordan to three groups: Reuben received territory including Heshbon and the kingdom of Sihon. Gad received Gilead and land reaching to the Jordan and Sea of Chinnereth. Half-tribe of Manasseh received Bashan, including Og’s former kingdom and sixty towns. Ask God to keep your heart steadfast in obedience and guard you from spiritual compromise. 2. 📅 December 4, 2025 Today’s passage reminds us: Partial obedience leads to spiritual decline—stay rooted in God’s Word daily. 3. ✝️ Joshua 13:1-14 Joshua is old, and God reminds him that much land remains to be possessed, including regions of the Philistines, Sidonians, and other Canaanite territories. God promises to drive out these nations but commands Joshua to allot the land to Israel as an inheritance. Nine tribes and half of Manasseh will receive land west of the Jordan, while Reuben, Gad, and the other half of Manasseh already have land east of the Jordan, given by Moses. However, Israel fails to drive out the Geshurites and Maacathites, who still live among them.
